01 · The concept
Ten suites. One ribbon of water.
The plan is a single-storey building on an elevated hilltop above the Atlantic. Every suite is glass-fronted and faces the ocean.
Along the full length of the ocean side runs one heated spa. Each suite steps from its private terrace directly onto its own stretch of the same water, with movable dividers for privacy.
